Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Supervisor

GrowFast is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to join the exhibition team and ensure the implementation of the highest health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the preparation, setup, and operation phases of the event.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations across the exhibition venue.
Assess risks related to booth construction and decoration works.
Supervise lifting operations, heavy equipment handling, and work-at-height activities.
Inspect electrical installations to prevent fire hazards and electrical faults.
Ensure firefighting equipment is available, functional, and properly distributed.
Verify that emergency exits and walkways remain clear and accessible.
Develop and implement emergency response and evacuation plans.
Coordinate with on-site medical teams to handle emergencies and minor injuries.
Monitor food safety compliance among catering and hospitality providers.
Prepare daily HSE reports, including incidents, violations, and safety observations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), preferably in exhibitions or events.
Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
Excellent risk assessment and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and reporting abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and flexible working hours.
General Information
Contract Type: Temporary Contract (1 Month).
Training: Pre-event training will be provided.
Transportation: Transportation to the exhibition venue is provided.
Interview Process: Immediate interviews.
Compensation: Salary and benefits will be determined after the interview.
