Job Description
ob Purpose:
Analyze ERPNAS clients' business requirements and translate them into functional solutions on the Odoo system. Lead module configuration and implementation from initial requirements gathering through to go-live,
ensuring system alignment with each client's operational processes to maximize overall value and utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-sales & Scope Management: Analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs), define the scope of work and required Odoo modules, identify necessary customizations and integrations, and prepare technical solution proposals for prospective clients.
Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering: Lead requirement-gathering workshops with clients, document current and target business processes (As-Is / To-Be), perform gap analysis, draft Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and write clear functional specifications for the development team when customizations are needed.
Odoo Configuration & Workflow Design: Configure core Odoo modules according to client requirements, design business workflows, manage user access levels and security roles, and set up required reports and outputs.
Data Migration, Testing & Go-Live Operations: Oversee and validate data migration processes, conduct system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage issue resolution to ensure system readiness for go-live.
Training, Post-Implementation Support & Project Coordination: Prepare user manuals and train end-users, provide functional support post-implementation, and continuously coordinate with the Project Manager to track project timelines and scope adherence.
