GrowFast is looking for a Hospitality & Catering Supervisor to oversee all hospitality services during the exhibition and ensure an exceptional experience for visitors, exhibitors, VIP guests, and official delegations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct pre-opening inspections to ensure hospitality areas are fully prepared.
Supervise cleanliness and readiness of service stations.
Coordinate and oversee VIP lounge hospitality services and official guest requests.
Manage daily catering supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.
Respond promptly to visitor and exhibitor complaints or service issues.
Coordinate closely with housekeeping and support teams.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Prepare daily reports on hospitality operations and service quality.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or event management.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Flexibility to work during event schedules.
General Information
Contract Type: Temporary Contract (1 Month).
Experience: Previous relevant experience is required.
Training: Pre-event training will be provided.
Transportation: Transportation to the exhibition venue is provided.
Interview Process: Immediate interviews.
